CASE STUDY ONE

UPPER BENCH WINERY & CREAMERY

This unique winery offers the perfect combination of both estate wines and on-site made artisan cheeses.  Our objective was to design marketing material featuring both products while making the material editable to accommodate product changes. This client also wanted a fresh, new look to their material that reflected their current brand identity.

So we custom-designed editable wine and cheese portfolios, tech sheets, a Corks N’ Curds rack card, a shelf-talker and a QVC sticker. We took their branding and incorporated it into an elegant, yet approachable new look with contemporary curves cut into the design.

Wine Technical Sheets

Upper Bench wanted their tech sheets to make each wine the focal point while featuring great cheese pairings from their amazing assortment of cheeses. The simple, yet elegant layout and design is reflected in all of their marketing material to create brand consistency.

Cheese Technical Sheet

Each element of this sheet is strategically placed to feature each product. The document is completely editable and user-friendly.

Double sided Rack Card

Upper Bench’s goal was to feature how unique their wine and cheese club is while keeping the design streamlined and the content straightforward. We accomplished this with consistency in the design theme while featuring their brand identity.

Product Portfolio (Front)

With this client’s wine vintages changing each season, having the fields editable makes it quick and simple to make changes. The cheese portfolio is designed on the back, making it easy for staff to refer guests to the back of this material.

Product Portfolio (Back)

The back of the wine portfolio Features cheeses that can sometimes change throughout the year. So Upper Bench needs the ability to swap out content as products become available.

Shelf Talker

Continuing with the brand theme, this editable 3.5″ x 2″ shelf talker can be quickly changed to feature any new release in the retail stores.

QVC Sticker

Upper Bench needed the flexibility of an editable QVC sticker to promote products, featured pairings or their Wine and Cheese club. It was designed to match the design of their cheese labels, while the colour and fonts remain true to their company branding.

CASE STUDY TWO

CROWSNEST VINEYARDS AND RESTAURANT

This diverse company wanted a variety of materials, including editable food and liquor menus to be custom-designed and made editable. So we designed a package of editable products based on the client’s needs and branding. We incorporated the nest pattern from the logo, into the background of each marketing piece.

 

Editable Wine Portfolio

This placemat-style wine portfolio is roomy enough to feature the winery’s selection of wines. The font from the bottles was used to stylize the headings, while the use of white space allowed the content to stand out in the material.

Editable Wine Tech Sheet

The design elements of the wine portfolio are repeated in all of the products including the tech sheets. Product shots and verbiage are quickly edited by the client.

Editable Liquor Menu (Two-page)

This liquor menu was designed to include the theme of the company’s marketing material while adding a fun layout that’s easy to read.

Editable Lunch Menu

The simple design of this menu allows for legibility while remaining on brand. All fields are editable allowing for flexibility in changing content.

Editable Product Display card

This editable 12″ x 24″ promotional sign is designed to be displayed as a backdrop to wine displays in retail spaces. As the winery wins new awards, content can be easily changed before the file is sent off to the printer.

CASE STUDY THREE

HOWLING MOON CRAFT CIDER

This client wanted to incorporate their fun branding into new marketing products. They wanted to reach out to their target market in their own unique way while maintaining brand consistency and having the ability to swap out content themeselves.

So we custom-designed an editable postcard to include in shipments, a cider club rack card featuring their eye-catching brand artwork and a loyalty card. 

Editable Recipe Card (Front)

Howling Moon wanted a fun, yet informative way to connect with their customers. So we came up with these recipe cards to include in product shipments.  The design is rustic and on-brand and the content can be changed anytime they want. There’s also an area designated for a marketing message.

The back of the recipe cards provides an opportunity to feature products and promote social media. 

Double sided Rack Card

We reflected their branding in all elements of their marketing, including double-sided rack and loyalty cards. Making them editable allows the material to have flexibility and longevity.
